      in english we are readingAlex, it’s okay. The book is about a girl who is 15 and she is one of New Zealands best swimmers. She wants to go to the 1960 olimpic games and her place is set untill a girl from singapore comes over to New Zealand and she is better than Alex. Alex keeps training and traing but she can’t beat her. Then her boyfriend dies and because he was a simmer as well she decideds that she is going to get into the olimpic games for him.

well in the last month i have been doing some great things like Rock climbing in 8 alive it was really fun and we went to this place called Ceres its like an organic farm it was so boring but some people found it fun but not me. 

 Did Amy’s journey help anybody else?

yes amys journey helped the geese that she saves because she is like a mum to the geese she brings them up from the time they were eggs.

she teaches them to fly to the other side of canada. she flys in a plane with her dad by her side in an other plane.

I DONT THINK I HAVE CHANGED SINCE THE START OF YR 8 IM STILL THE SAME OLD ME!

last week was 8 alive it was REALLY FUN!!!!!!!!!! we did a hole lot of stuff like go and do stuff and stay at school
